民國七十三年，億祥五金行在三重創立，初期以銅及銅合金材料買賣及裁切為主，隨著台灣經濟起飛，材料科技不斷創新，舊廠空間不敷使用於是搬遷於新莊。民國一百年，億祥銅鋁有限公司在新莊設立，增加鋁及鋁合金、電木、工程塑膠、高性能工程塑膠等營業項目。億祥創立三十餘年，在面對未來國際化、自由化之競爭環境下，無不保持市場高度敏銳度，亦不斷突破、創新、追求卓越、確立優越競爭條件，以挑戰科技創新與滿足客戶需求並提供客戶優質服務為企業之目標。
